Olivia has chick-fil-a sweet tea to keep her content… the rest of have been watching the first season of Flight of the Conchords on my laptop. We convinced mom to watch the David Bowie episode and she’s kind of a fan. She thinks Jemaine and Brett look like Michael and Jeff…. which makes me laugh.

It would be a lie to say 2008 was the most enjoyable or exciting or successful year of my life. But on a scale of love and joy and forgiveness and hope and growth and depth, this past year most certainly ranks the highest. For this, I am thankful.
As for 2009, I look forward to the travels.
