Christina Heaston

Christmas Eve.

Posted in Uncategorized by christinaheaston on December 24, 2010

I wrapped my gifts in words from Nathaniel Hawthorne. Relax. This book was old and worn. I bought it at a thrift store. It was 50 cents. Did you even like The Scarlet Letter? You’re right, I’m an idiot. Should’ve gone with The Old Man and the Sea. KIDDING. But seriously… so boring. Right? My apologies. (Looks cool though, yeah?)

Spent today baking with my mother and sisters. Had a special viewing of Christmas Vacation in the Heaston livingroom this evening. Then, of course, spent the rest of the night quoting Clark… because its okay to say inappropriate things on Christmas Eve if it is, after all, only quoting. I’m excited to see the rest of my family tomorrow and spend the weekend in Iva (don’t ask) with them. I’ve got my fingers crossed for just a little bit of snow in the upstate.

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!
